Available in original, black, green, red and blue colours. Zappa Sambuca is perhaps the best known as a shooter, but this liqueur can also be mixed with lemonade or used as a cocktail ingredient. Zappa Sambuca is flavoured with essential oils obtained from anise, star anise, liquorice and other spices. It also contains elderflowers. The oil is added to pure alcohol, a concentrate solution of sugar and other flavourings. Zappa Green Sambuca Nose: Intense aromas of spices such as star anise and liquorice. Palate: Vibrant anise and liquorice flavours. Finish: Lingering warmth in the medium-length finish.
