Fruity and ripe with loads of cherry fruit. Excellent Southern Hemisphere Pinot Noir that simply exudes red fruit flavous and aromas, especially cherries. 15% if it was aged for a short while in 2nd year oak barrels which helped the tannins soften and this together with the vibrant acidity gives a persistent finish. Ideal with red meats and especially poultry.
