Colour is deep ruby that is floral and vibrant on the nose. It has aromas of ripe red apple, black plum and hints of fynbos, lavender and white pepper. On the palate, it is fruit forward, medium to full-bodied wine with a flavour profile of black cherry, black plum, liquorish and white pepper with a touch of cloves from the oak. The wine is ready to drink now but will benefit from further aging.
