Tottori Blended whiskey is distilled at the Kurayoshi Distillery. It is an original blend of malt from Scotland and Japan. As for its water, it is 100% Japanese and comes from a source from the streams of Mount Daisen. This Japanese whiskey will be enjoyed in a Highball cocktail. It is shiny gold color. On the nose, there is a light scent of citrus flowers with hints of vanilla wafer. Prolonged contact with air brings out very attractive leaky notes. It's a very tasty whisky, with a nice explosion of vanilla and toasted cereals on the finish and some dried fruit too. It is extremely fine and balanced. It is rounder and smoother with less alcoholic undertones than barrel bottling Bourbon. To be consumed as a solid Scottish Malt blend.
