Machine harvested and quickly pressed, juice was fermented with X5 yeast to accentuate the natural fruit flavours, post ferment blended with Ferguson Valley Semillon and left on gross lees for 3 months, minimal handling and finings before bottling. COLOUR: Pale straw with feint lime green rim. NOSE: Intense citrus, pear and tropical fruits. PALATE: Off dry, light to medium bodied, natural acidity, ripe white fruit flavours flow from the start with a dry pineapple finish.
